Do I Have to Be home When You Clean?

No you don’t have to be home for us to work. If you have requested a one off clean you can leave keys for us and we will post them through your door once we have locked up.

If you are setting up a regular clean we can arrange to hold a key to let ourselves in and out each week, fortnight or month.

Really we just want to make the whole experience as easy and effortless as possible for you.

I Have A Cat Or A Dog. Can You Still Clean My House?

We are happy to work around your pets where possible. So you don’t need to lock them away while we work.

We absolutely love pets big or small! One of the best things about our job is getting to know our regular clients pets, and we always look forward to seeing our furry friends. The hardest thing about working in a house with cats and dogs is trying to not play with them.

Some more exotic birds or fish may be sensitive to some stronger products, so if you have any concerns let us know and we can make sure your pets are safe.

Do You Bring Your Own Products & Equipment?

We bring absolutely everything we need with us. All we require is hot water.

Some clients prefer that we use their specific techniques or products and we are always happy to do so if requested, but you don’t need to provide anything at all.

Will You Be Taking Pictures Of My House?

We may ask your permission to take pictures for our website or Facebook, but we would never post any pictures of your property or use them in any way without your prior permission.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We usually accept cash on the day or a bank transfer. We are looking in to card payment options, but it is not something we can accept at the moment.

I've booked A 2 Hour Regular Clean, Will This Be Enough Time?

For your first initial clean we may not be able to cover everything in 2 hours. For this reason we would ask if you have any trouble areas you would need us to focus on for our first visit, or if you would like to add a little extra time and we could treat your initial appointment as a mini deep clean. Then we would keep on top of everything during your other appointments.

I've booked A 2 Hour Regular Clean, Will You Leave Early Once You're Done?

If you have booked us in for a specific amount of time, then we will stay for that amount of time. If we have finished everything from our standard cleaning checklist before your time slot is up, then we will move on to cover things normally only covered in our deep cleans.
